Got a call on a cell, located in Orlando, from 213-205-7767 on 6/12/14 in the afternoon. Apparently, on the misternumber site, the Top 10 Spam Offenders over the last 7 days (as of today) all start with the "213 area code." This very well could be that someone ELSEWHERE is SPOOFING these numbers, and spoofing the entire 213 area code on the display. However, the details on my call are that they called and they left no message, but nonetheless, always report these violations with the numbers known (spoofed or not) to the DNC list and the government as scam-spam. If they ever catch up with the offenders, and they have proofed they spoofed with a number that called you, they can collectively see all the complaints from that spoofed number that came from their phones AND went to your phone.
