Who called from 2132102506

This number keeps calling me and not saying a word. I've picked up several times and heard nothing. It also never leaves voicemails.

Exact same as many of the other posters, I've gotten 3 calls from this number within the last few hours, no voicemail. Cleary seems to be a scam to me, just won't answer any of the calls.

Called me 5 times, I finally answered and no one was on the line. Tried calling the number back but it didn't go through.

Called my work phone - no message

Received a call just now and one earlier this morning.  Didn't answer either one as I don't know anyone in Los Angeles.  I blocked the tel #.
