Who called from 2132123450

Call came in and registered on caller ID as Calfornia.  Went to answering machine.  left no message.  Tried to call back but said out of service.

Received with caller ID showing "CALIFORNIA CALL" no message left. Call back said number not in service. I receive calls from this number 3-4 times a week all times of the day

Call went to answering machine, no message. When I returned the call using 1 and the number it came up- this number is not in service.

the phone rang and number 213 212 3450 came up on the I.D.
I let the answering machine  say  Thanks for calling dial and [***].
Right now all our [***] are busy. Leave your name and number and we will have an [***] return your call as soon as possiable
the caller did not leave a message...
Tried to call the number and got it was out of service.
