recorded message from a woman who said there's an IRS lawsuit against me (which is untrue) and said the same thing about wishing me luck as this situation unfolds on me. I reported it to the IRS.
Indian caller saying he is from IRS. Says I am evading Taxes and that I have a court day tomorrow and a sheriff will be coming to my door in one hour. lol..get the fukkk out of here!!!
This is a total scam. Report it to the FTC, ;like I am planning to do. I spoke to a "Jason Holder" who had an Indian accent. He asked me for my name and date of birth and I gave him incorrect information. He then proceeded to tell me that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. When I asked why they didn't notify me by mail, he says they tried, but no one was around to sign for it. Then I asked him what address he sent the notification to and he says he doesn't know because he is part of the "Investigative Unit." He told me something about the sheriff will show up at my door to arrest me. I have a perfectly clean record and I gave him a dummy name and DOB. I told him he was going to hell for scamming people and hung up on him. Totally trying to scam people out of their money. He should get arrested and we should wish HIM "luck as the situation totally unfolds on him". Maybe the Feds will catch him and send him to prison....we can only hope.
