Who called from 2132392896

I've started getting calls from this number a few weeks ago and every time I'd answer it they'd immediately hang up and when I call them back I get this generic 'please hold' message and then I'd sit for half an hour and nobody would pick up.  This is nothing more than phone harassment.

I keep getting calls from this # 213-239-2896. No one says anything.
I called the # back. They put me on hold.
I PUT THEIR # IN CALL BLOCK, MY PHONE DOSE NOT RING FROM THAT # ANYMORE.
THANK GOD !!!  NO MORE RINGING,

Trying to get my chck acct #.  What amatures ! Foreign arab or somolian piece of [***] sounded like he had a [***] in his mouth!!!

Leave me alone!

I have put the # in my caller block list
I called the # back and heard the same message again
No one  repond after the message.
