I experienced the same thing.  They called me leaving no message, when I called the number back, I got the same message.

Nobel is a calling card company I believe.  


I just got a call (cell phone) from them too but I didn't answer it.

952am CDT call that i did not answer.  No operator available when you punch <0>, and I tried to spell a few names in the co directory to no avail.  nobelCOM is a calling card company -- and a reputable one, at that; i use them -- but this phone number is not from them, i checked.

when someone uses a nobel access number, sometimes it comes through to your phone as from them. So it could be someone using a nobel calling card company. They are very reputable. I use them a lot.
