I have been receiving calls pretty much daily Mon-Fri usually once around 11am and a second time around 8pm. I have tried answering them and asking to be removed as well as trying to call the 888 number and having my name removed. The line they continue to call is a business line and is honestly wasting my business time having to deal with them. My latest attempt consisted of calling the branch in Los Angeles that the number tied back to. After speaking with some 5 customer service people I was able to get what I was told was a manager. This was all just this morning so only time will tell if the calls will end.
I also kept getting calls from this 213.256.0047 number soliciting and offering services from BofA. They said I'm a BofA valued customer.....I never banked with them!!
Called them back and asked to be put on their "special" do not call list but was told it takes 30 days. I say it's a major BS. What I did and I would suggest you do it as well is call your telephone service carrier and ask them how to block that particular number.
For me it's AT&T so I spoke to them and they told me how to do it. I will never get a call from 213.256.0047 and can up many other numbers...
I wouldnt be surprised if BOA was calling. They keep changing their callerid. so it looks like BOA is running some type of scam operation (like those guys selling carpet cleaning services).

I dont have an account with you and I block your callerid for a reason, so please stop calling me because I highly doubt I'll ever open an account with you.
