Who called from 2132610005

This company calls me constantly.  When I answer, a recording announces the call, then it puts me on hold then hangs up on me.

These people called my husband's phone. We didn't answer because we didn't recognise the number.
I called them back on my Magic Jack and they did not answer. It went to their voice mail, I assume, but it was hard to tell if that was true, because there wasn't any message, just dead air.

Keep getting calls from this number with no message left.  Extremely annoying!
