According to a google search, this is Ajilon Professionals - a job recruiting company. They called me today but didn't leave a message. I have been contacted recently by other recruiters to give a reference for a former employee so this makes sense.
Its a scam staffing company front. Stay away. They scrap job postings from big companies that use contractors and the demand DOB and SSN in order to submit. That info combined with resume and your financial identity is no longer yours.
