Called no message what a waste no idea who it is

I keep receiving a call when I am not expecting any, and I think it's something wrong with those whom I Love and Care about. I answer with a nice tone of voice and there isn't anyone on the other end. This get's me worried. So, I decided to call the number back. I am not sure who these people are but they have nerve to call people they don't even know, let alone not to say anything when the do call. I am wondering how do I Block Their Number on my cell phone ?!! and all my cell phone reads is "VIVA, Custom 2132719387".

And what is with that "phone" "Click to Continue > By Text-Enhance" This is as bad as the calls I keep getting from this number... ?!!

I have gottewn calls from this "Medcare " people both from LA and florida, each time I ask tpo be removed from their list they hang up on me. what is the best recourse to stop this?.

I am receiving calls from this company over and over.
I am on a no call list!!!!!
