The person spoke with an accent and said he was trying to reduce the interest on my credit card. He called about 11:03 am on today 3/7/2017. I asked him how did he get my number. He replied like this: "You do have a credit card, don't you?" I did not say another word and asked to not call again. Have no idea how the person got my home phone number and I am on the Do-Not-Call register liset.
