Wow its amazing these morons continue to try this scam.  I recieved a call from Dave Martin, probably AKA achmed.  He left a message that it was a time sensative issue and that myself or my attourney needed to contact him immediately.  After three or four tries, I got a hold of "Dave"  Apparantly I took out a payday loan and never repaid it and now there is a lawsuit against my social security number.  I stopped D"dave" mid sentence and said could you please hold for a second?  he said of course.  I said ok,  i just had to press record,  by law I have to inform you "Dave" this conversation is being recorded.  "Dave" got all flustered, then beligerant and began to insult me,  including making reference I should have a oedipal relationship with my mother.  I informed "Dave"  I am well aware of this scam, and that he is now  in need of legal counsel as I have traced his call back to him and he will soon be taken into custody on fraud charges.  "Dave" hung up and did not call back again.
