Who called from 2133087115

The number sent me an SMS and said that I had won a $100 Best Buy Gift Card. It gave me a link and told me to enter a code to recieve [sic] it.

Got the same message and 2 missed calls before then. The voicemail had no measage just air message. Is there a way to stop these spammers?

Got a text saying that I was preselected to win an iphone 4s. Only the first 1000 folks who go to http://iphone4sfree.mobi will get one. Blah blah blah . . .  I never called them or went to their website, but googled the url and found dozens of spam messages about this scam.
