Yes, they are a robo call and call every few hours....

I received two calls using this number. On the caller ID, there was one that had a prefix of 11. After that, I saw a television commercial advertising at Time Warner Cable's use of a peace mode on the telephone. I signed up and they promise to eliminate most if not all robo-call and spoofed numbers.

They are doing political surveying for the American Federation of Teachers.  I will NEVER discuss political issues with strangers.

They keep on calling every day, wasting their time and mine, do not pick it up

for 4 days they have been calling 2-5 times per day.  they allow the phone to pick up, then hang up.  no identification.
