Person called and asked to speak with my mother, then stated they were checking the water in the homes in our area, the gentleman claimed to be working with your association.  we contacted the assoc and they stated that was false. also we are in northern virginia and this call was out of california.  When I tried to call the number back all I get is the answering machine w/ dogs barking on it.  very concerned and reporting to local police of scam.
