What is this ?

Received a call from this number around 3:40 PM. Did not recognize number so I did not answer. Left no message. Call came from Los Angeles.

Call came in at 3:16 - same as above.  No message.  New scam caller???

Yet another telemarketer offering free estimates on home repair/remodeling.

Me: You have just proven that you ignore federal and state laws, so why would anyone consider doing business with a criminal like you?

Caller: silence then hung up.

Yep yet another scammer caught and blocked!
