Got a message from "Jason at Grid Careers".   Called him back, said he was a recruiter head hunter in the utility industry.  Spoke to him for a few minutes.  He knew alot about the industry.  Told him I'm not looking for a job.  Said he'd keep me in the loop for new possiblities
