this callbot "rachel" continues to call to LOWER my interest rate on credit card. Other site call "her a Fraud"
I have actually spoken to a rep and she got scared and hung up - they are phishing elderly for personal data.
this has been reported over and over - why won't t stop. My father is very ill.
robo caller wants to lower my interest rate and this will be the last time they will EVER offer this to me! darn it , my machine picked up and I will never be called again??doubt it. the caller id is an internet spoof just a long list of numbers.
