Cold call about investing in Toon Goggles childrens cartoon software.
Website had very basic cartoon material on it, not WB quality and was kind of klunky in it's operation. As an investment, I don't see much potential unless they vastly improve the material and quality. From what I saw, they have been in operation since at least 2005 - and obviously with the recession they probably weren't able to drum up much in the way of investment business until lately.
Not sure how they plan to make "good" money from this since I fail to see a viable cash generation vehicle at this point - based on what they have shown me so far.
was called to invest in toon goggles- the paper work only mentions netkids,llc as the payment is to be made out to- no mention of toon goggles in the purchase agreement- what company is netkids llc and what do they have to do with toon goggles??? any help would be appreciated.
What you're asking is beyond the scope of this site. I would suggest, however, that, as in all "investments", you do your due diligence, preferably by investigating this company. I hope to goodness that you really don't intend to invest in some company you know nothing about. And a company that cold called you at that. Investing in something just because some random stranger on the other end of the phone thinks it would be a good idea for you to invest YOUR money with them - is a really BAD idea.
I was approached on the phone to invest in Toon Goggles- They only talk to me in person- never leave a message if I am not at home-have been trying to do my due diligence in toon goggles investment opportunity as an investment but I can not find out about the llc they are affiliated with NetKids LLC no financials on either co. - the purchase agreement has everything made out to NetKids llc- never a mention of Toon Goggles in the documents- that bothers me- Toon Goggles info, looks promising- it seems to have a lot of press- would like to know who knows what they have to do with each other- any information would be appreciated anyone have any real information!!!
