got a call from 213-415-1008 on 8-19-08 claiming to be a law firm for us national bank. used the name trey wilson he did not speak very good english at all. they first started calling on 8-14-08 from 818-581-3801. said if i did not pay i would be arrested on 8-15-08. i asked for proof of this loan to be faxed to me he said no to py the money and to fax a letter saying why ihad not payed this back and to sign my name on the bottom. the fax #was714-710-4103.check out www.ripoffreport.com under us national bank. check out abcnews.com they just did a story about this under money.
