Even if it were legit, why would any sheriff need to be shilling a foundation? Seems to me there are more than enough charities. Every celeb/politician/hack seems to have an alleged foundation. They seem to gather money, use it for their "expenses" (ha, ha), and give whatever pittance remains to another charity. Lots of people at the top making money and paying their "expenses" before pennies ever get to those in need.
The nice part about some of these prefix numbers is that they are obvious junk calls. Moment the screen shows the ID they get added to the call block list.
I get the same calls from 1-213-426-1070 and 1-213-213-5994 almost everyday day and night. The 213-1070 calls after 9:00p.m. I returned the call this afternoon to see who was calling and voicemail said "all our (agents) are busy please leave your phone number.) I am so sick of these calls!
