Called and said they were the IRS and they were filing a law suit against me

Woman called and said she was with the IRS and is filing a lawsuit against me.  Caller id said: Missouri Call 213-440-4149  May 9 (2016) at 12:49PM.  I hung up on her before she finished because she sounded like a fraud and her voice sounded like an electronic computer call (fake sounding).  I live in St. Louis and get the same call on two different phone numbers in my name. Some days I get the same call 3 times in a day.  They give me a phone number to call them back but I won't do it.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

Received phone call from 213-440-4149 stating that they were the IRS and they were going to investigate me.  I have received approx. 3-4 phone calls from this number in two days.  Tried calling that number and no one answers.  Very annoying.  I know this is a scam and it is not the IRS!

I got the same call. I had a feeling it was a scam. The IRS always has contacted me by mail.
