On 8-20-14 at 5:58 p.m. I received a telephone call from 213-455-2092 , a person addressed me by my whole name, and I asked who he was, and he said Frank from CT Finance or mortgage etc. I told him I didn't ask for him to call and that I was on a no call list and did he know he could be fined $16,000 and don't you check the no call list first? He stuttered and stammered and apologized for calling, I told him never to call here again and slammed the phone down.
