It was preceeded by the same call and hang-up with no VM:

It was followed by another call at 8:25 am (18th) 530-562-4958.
Since our phone system was hacked into last year and $1000 worth of charges were made, we are acutely aware of these scams. Be aware of calls from these numbers.
recieved call from 2134555817 at 0400 arizona time tues sep 24th
nothing on other end...i called right back with non avail just rang for
about a minute then disconnected.
213-455-5817 called our main line and but did not leave a message at 6:09 am. This number is either a robo-caller or hacker trying to get into our system and use our phone lines illegally, as has been done in the past.
Beware of this number.
