A heavily accent male call saying they had received info from my computer and that I had mallard downloaded. When i asked how they got this info, he said through the licensing. I played along for awhile to see what he'd say. He asked me to go to my computer and sign on to my computer panel. I did not of course but then asked to be taken off the calling list. He stated calling me and [***] and how he wanted to slap my [***] face. Hung up
called from (213) 457‑0578 - a heavily accented woman from LA, California, who kept calling me Mum. She told me that she was getting warnings from my computer for malicious ware sending out messages. If I turned on my computer and followed her instructions, then I could counteract the threat. I thanked her for her spam call and hung up.
Received call from this number on my cell. No one that I know. No message left. Usually get unwanted calls from people offering drugs for ED type issues. Don't know if this is one of those or just another scam deal.
