Who called from 2134676527

This is a spoofed number that is currently out of service. These scammers can use any number to fool your caller ID.
Called to day, when I answered a guy asked for "Mr. (my name)". I asked who was calling, they hung up.
I am guessing they are phishing to confirm my name / number, possibly obtained from a resume on monster.com.
Very sinister.
This sort of action will continue (from many different numbers) until measures a put in place to combat this annoyance.

Another garbage call that I did not answer

The caller, 213-467-6527, call us @14:38 11/19/2013, when I was in backyard. I returned the call later. The number is not in service. As www.800notes.com, few people already reported this unwanted number.

I don't know why these calls are coming in from DISCONNECTED numbers.
