Keep calling but no one answers me!!

This D-O-U-C-H-E-B-A-G calls my house everyday.  I am so tired of it I could scream.  I was his t-e-s-t-i-c-l-e-s- chopped off and in a jar on my mantle.

I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!

An american sounding young woman left a voice mail "Hello, are you there" and that was it.
There's no legit reason for anyone from that number to be calling my number.

Left a voicemail that was just "Hey".

Caller I.D. says Cell phone CA - no one answered when I answered "Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office - how may I direct your call".  So much fun!
