This is the callback # given in a recording left on my Vmail from some company so one of their "energy specialists" could...whatever. "Call 'NOW!'..." etc. Really annoying tone of false urgency. Grrrrrr...
Left a fishy voicemail about electricity rate increase. Number does not seem to track back to a business, but does show up as a landline in LA. Blocked as SPAM.
Some SPAM message " This is an important call about your energy usage at your home. Call 213-519-7278 NOW to avoid future energy rate increases...." Yeah, right.......
