Fraudulent company called claiming to have a case against me for a Kay Jeweler I already Paid in Full a few months ago. Do not pay this company, the guy that was harassing me is Tom and he got upset when i asked for the original account number. Report them to the CFPB or Attorney General.
Company called saying legal action involved against family member. Threatening to send someone to serve that person that was not here. Asked him his last name and would only say his name is Tom. Implying that I was trying to hide this person. Saying that he represents a legal department. his tone was very intimidating. Asked why he did not call the number given to him by this relative.
This man calling and threatening that they are going to take money out of my mother's account because of another relative they are trying to reach with same last name. The man is rude and threatening. This is not a business. They are fraud and trying to intimidate the elderly into giving them money. The caller would not give me a business name or anything. Report these people. DO NOT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU INTO GIVING THEM MONEY.
