Call came in from this number 213-536-4288. Automated system saying it's verizon wireless and telling me to visit www.freeverizonipad.com to claim my free ipad. This is a scam! My best friend works at the Verizon Wireless corporate in Irvine, CA and he said there is no such a thing. Be aware!

Received a call from this number, and got the same recorded voice stating that I was selected to receive a free Verizon Wireless iPad by going to that website. Its amazing that there are people out there who try and scam others with such false claims. Incredible that people like that still exist.
I got a call from the number above stating that as a verizon costumer I qualified fro a free IPAD 2. I went to their web site as directed and found out it was a scam. There was no such a thing as a free IPAD 2. Please, take care of thiese people.
