Received a one ring call from 1-213-542-1860 at 4:42 am on 5-15-09

Got a call from this number at 8:05 p.m.  When it was answered it was nothing but static

received phone call at 9:08 am, from 213-542-1860 when I answered it no-one was there, just a little static.  after hanging up I received another phone call but the caller ID was unknown.  Really weird, and again no one was there.
