Just got a call from this number. Ignored it, then called back. Got an automated message from a computer voice telling me to press 1 if I wanted to get a 0 cost prescription card. I went ahead and pressed 1 to see if I could get some sort of do not call. They said to send a text message to 202-350-4264 with just my name and mailing address and I'd get a card within 3-5 business days. No idea what this is, but it's obviously some sort of spam/scam. The national do not call list seems to be a joke now-a-days....
