Yea, just got a call from this number and the guy said this is Michael from "California State Initiative", I told him this wasn't California (I'm in Texas) and he had the wrong state and hung up. Bet he was scratching his head.....
The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone.), called us @ 10:57. A.M, 08.20.2015 for 3rd time. We opted not to answer unwanted call on the spot.I returned the call hiding our number 80 minutes later , a lady message told me, the number is not in service? Spoofed number?
According www.800notes.com above, the caller used " Out of area" & 213-722-0497 to call people randomly since 08.10.2015. It is a computer business ( ? ).
I'll report to FTC & FCC again.

The caller called us again 11:59, 1 hour later. We opted not to answer.
This time when I returned the call hiding our number. It was busy about 5 minutes , then I was cut off.
