Caller claimed to represent my credit card company and wanted to reward me for my patronage. They were to send a gift certificate worth $100 and a discount package that I could try out. They would charge my credit card a membership fee (which was disclosed after initial conversation, the "fine print")
I don't believe my credit card company would endorse this entity at all, the ladies on the phone had a peculiar accent.
