Am receiving repeated calls with immediate hanging up from this number

Usually get this one in the early evening hours.  Nobody answers.  Annoying, disruptive to my evening meals. Not sure who the heck it is though.

We've had 4 calls from this number in the past hour...two of the calls show up as "non available" with the 213-769-6688 number attached. The other two calls show up as "Sanghavi Rupesh" with the 213-769-6688 number attached. Please make it stop!!!

I get this call about 3 to 4 times a day. I answered today and repeated hello?  Then computer voice says goodbye and disconnects. Very tired of these calls!
