Got a call from 2132333501 saying they were the finance dept for advance cash loans stating that I was being sued and prosecuted for check fraud on a Payday loan I took out. I did take a loan but couldnt remember the company name. When I asked for written documentation by mail since they were claiming legal action they said if they send it that I wouldn't have.the option to settle the acct and it would cost me additional $4000.00 in court cost on top of the loan amt of $400.00. They had several people calling me by different numbers pretending to be different people but it sounded lime the same person he said his name was james white of the hudson law firm. There is no such person and he sounded foreign from india. So when I declined to make a Pymt before getting some documentation they said it was being forwarded for legal action and that it will.cost me $4000.00 and good luck and hung up. Sounded like a total scam. Idk what is becoming of this world.when all these people have access to ur info and try to scam people. When will the internet be safe. Probably never its a shame.
claimes to be from Hudson Law Office out of Los Angels, California - checked to phone book, no such company exists in California. Claims that I owe outstanding debt to Quick Cash Loans and that I'm being sued. Such a scam, they called me last week from a different number in NY, Ny with the same story. Same story, only the names have changed. I have contacted the FTC with their information.
I just recieved about 15 calls from this number in like 20 minutes.. they don't speak English... then when I told him I need documentation about the supposed law suit pending ... he said "[***] YOU"!!!!
one of the guys name that called was Matt Brown, obviously not his real name because he could NOT speak english... his supervisors name is Ray!!!
i received a call from this so called company and when i asked to speak to his supervisor he told me his suppervisors name was John Hudson and he was out of the office then he hung up on me. I called back and told him that was unprofessional and i wanted to speak to John he then pretended to put someone else on the phone then that person claimed to be his supervisor i said i wanted to talk to John he then pretended to transfer me to John and what do you know John is there I told him I could not talk now I would call him back at 3 pm he said he would wait for my call.
I recieved a call they said I owed 1002 to a company i never heard of then they said I recieved a loan in November 400 I knew that wasnt true the guy yelled and said we have it on our records then he said we can settle outside of court because i am being sued for 4000 dollars. I took his number he said his number was Ray. He called back and left a voicemail saying he will pray for me.... totally creeped me OUT. I called back it keeps saying voicemail is FULL. Thank God I googled this number
