Who called from 2137848207

This is a scammer person that has been scamming my aunt for a long time. He is going to jail, the AG's office is investigating him.

Sounded like a VOIP call.  Heavy accent.  Claims he is driving.

Other site reports scam. They left no message.

I keep receiving calls on my cell from this number - I don't recognize it so I don't answer and they never leave a message

Just got a call from this number, I might have answered except I had another call I was expecting and  figured it would go to voice mail.  No voice mail, and upon checking up on the number I am not surprised by what I see here and elsewhere.  A lot of this is going on.
