YES IT IS A SCAM!!!!! I JUST GOT SCAMMED OUT OF $544 TONIGHT. !ST THEY HAD ME SEND $149 TO A NAME IN NEPAL, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TO COVER THE TAXES ON A $7000 GOVERNMENT GRANT. THEN 15 MINUTES LATER I SENT $385 WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TO ACTIVATE THE CODE NUMBER FOR THE WESTERN UNION TO BE SENT ME. I WAS TOLD THAT ALL I SENT WOULD BE RETURNED TO ME ALONG WITH THE $7000. THEN, AFTER ALL THAT I WAS ASKED TO SEND $700 SOMETHING BUT I DIDN'T DO THAT. I WISH I NEVER WOULD SENT THE 1ST AMOUNT. WHEN I TOLD THE LADY THAT I WASN'T SENDING ANYMORE AND WANTED WHAT I SENT ALL BACK THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO THAT BECAUSE IT WAS A WIRE TRANSFER OR SOME BS LIKE THAT. I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO. I WILL DO WHATEVER I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY AT ALL!!!!!!
Yes,Nicole it is a scam. Please do not send them ANY money. They got $544 out of me tonight. They just ask for more and more amounts that you will supposedly get back through a western union. I didn't get anything but they sure gained $544 from me though.
YES ITIS A SCAM I HAD TO SEND 105.00 AFTER IT WAS SENT I WAS TTOLD TO WAIT 20 MIN AND MY MONEY WOULD BE WESTERN UNION, THEN STATES THAT THEY HAVE RAN OUTTA MONEY TO WESTERN UNION SO, THEY HAVE TO DO DIRECT BANKING, SO THAT BEING SAID THEY HAD 213 785 8173 NAMES ANGEL SHE STATES THEY WILL WIRE THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AFTER PAYING 255.00 "THE BANK FEE" I TOLD HER I WAS AT THE POLICE STATION AND NEEDED HER TO SPEAK WITH AN OFFICER SHE HANGS UP. DONT DO IT !!!
Yes, I got a call at first from an Indian accented man on Wednesday named "facamley" at least that 's how he spelled it to me, anyway, after "confirming" that I was approved for a $1500.00 loan he then gave me a "f143*" confirmation number, gave me the 213-785-8173 number to call a "Angel Jones" to finish the process. I called Ms. Jones and she told me that if I send $105.00 to wherever, I never got to find out, through Western Union, I would get my $1500.00 back PLUS the original $105.00 that I had "deposited" within 20 minutes. Then I would have to pay them back $105.00 a month for fifteen months. Totaling $225.00 in “fees”…"Cool", I thought! I told her that I would not have any money until Friday which is when called she called back. Needless to say, I was excited about the loan but decided to research the number that she has call from when I stumbled onto this site. After reading the posts, I was then armed with this sites knowledge when she called back today. I then shot her several questions like: "What company do you represent?" she answered "Cash payday loan". I then asked her: "What website represents you organization"? She replied "www.cashpaydayloan.com". While on the phone with her, I looked up the site then I told her that it was a dead site. She then told me to try again. Over the phone, I could hear a baby crying which I thought was odd. She was also talking to another child as well. Anyway after trying to access their dead site several times while I was on the phone with her, I asked: "What guarantee do I have that after giving you $105.00 through Western Union, that I would receive my monies"? She responded that "she would stay on the phone with me until the all transfers were complete". Odd again, I thought, as I am on a land line. I then asked her: "Why not use my checking account"? She responded that “I HAD to do it through Western Union". I then asked: "Why not just give me the $1500.00 the take the $105.00 deposit from that"? Then I told her that all this did not make any sense. Anyway, while I was doing more research on them with the computer, with sounds of children in the background over the phone, she hastily announced that: "After you find the site, call me back", then abruptly hung up. The number is an actual working number and she will answer with a simple "yes" with no company representation. This is where I stand with them so far. I am not going through with it, I truly believe that this is definitely a scam AND I don't have that kind of money to gamble away with the possibility of getting ripped off. Thank You for this site!
