Call just came in on my cell phone, and I have never given my cell number to any business except my relatives, employer, and government agencies, like 911, etc. I am in the 512 area code (Austin, Texas). My cell phone does not show Caller ID letters, just the calling number.
I don't know anyone or any business in the 213 area code.
On my cell phone, I selected the option "decline" and forced the call to end without me having to answer and then end the call.
