Called me and I answered no one said anything so I hung up.... called me right back with a woman going hello hello with an accent but, since I had my phone on mute they hung up....
This is network solutions customer support. They give horrible service, and then call you repeatedly to "clear" the ticket, even though the issues have not been resolved. I've worked with NetSol for 10+ years, and the service gets worse every year.
A man with a foreign accent called my phone at 10 p.m. CST asking for the wrong person. When I called the number back, it was said to be a non-working number.
Thank you for your response to that Chris. I finished dealing with Network Solutions in Feb. 2011. We closed our business and didn't want the service anymore. I asked to download my files from the site and did such. Not needing them until now I didn't bother checking the folders. When I did last night (Sept.25) I found the folders to be totally empty. They now say they have deleted them but we all know that things that are deleted aren't necessary gone. "im so sorry", "we apologize" and yadda, yadda, was all I got from them. Then asking to have a supervisor call me back I left a landline number....but no they insist on phoning my cell phone so I can rack up more charges. Who is on the other end of these phones. They get paid to write down info and don't write it down. I gave my home number to the woman twice and made her repeat it back to me. Yes....they have gotten worse every year. Thanks for your input.
