I received call from this number said I had fraud charges pending. Call back was in regards to VIP pay day loan . Talk to lady Ms Johnson gave me settlement to close account 50% good deal I guess.....
This is a SCAM!!!! I have been dealing with people like this for a long time. I too almost fell for it until I went and got an attorney to file bankrupcy and they did further investigation through the FBI and FTC about some of these and they are commiting Scams to get peoples Identity. Watch out if you gave them your info.
I recived a call from this number claiming that they are Bark Myers that just a name they said that they asked if i was srerved yet and i told them no. Thet said that there where going to sue me for fruad charges and defulting on a bank. When I told them that this has been paid and I dont have to pay them all they said is you can fax the info to them and they would have a lawyer call me. this is the fax number 888-669-3708. The funny thing is they said that they are in tx and the number i called is from CA. But I will say this the lady i spoke with was very nice. for the first collector in many years. Will post more in for as i look in to it. oh and dont worry my personal info will be blocked out on payment sheet..The lady I spoke to was Tammy Jonson. Hope this info was help full.
My sister just got a call from them a few mins ago they were looking for me and told her that they are serving me. Of course she is scares shitless and calls me crying. Why cant they just say who they really r is there a way to report them for this.
