Who called from 2139956247

Just did right now.  Left a message saying there is a complaint filed against me.  But they had my name incorrectly.  It was a robocall.  Calling them back but not picking up.  Not sure if it's legit.

Stating that I need to contact them immediately as well as my attorney, before further actions are taken.

Someone stated that CP Investors has filed a claim against regarding a Pay Day Loan from March 2008.  The person name was Todd Tucker 301-500-2006.  I haven't tried calling the number.  I know it's a scam.

Robocall saying a complaint is filed against me (along with a complaint number), and gave my maiden name.

Won't be calling back, as this smells like a scam.

Daily calls from this number for the last 2 weeks - robocall saying I am a respondent in a case and must contact them immediately before further action is taken against me. Called back and got a recording saying to leave a message but also got mailbox full.
