Who called from 2390956569

Strange voice that sounded like they said my last name then hung up.

I answered the call on the first ring.  
The caller had a male voice.
Him:  Hi, is this ____________ ? (he asked for me by first name.)
Me:   She is not available right now, may I take a message?"
Him:  "Is this Mrs _______?"  (he asked for me by last name.)  
Me:   "Who is calling please?"
Him:  He hung up.
That's rather rude ...
