I received a call from +239292040. The caller hangedup the phone when I receive. I dialed this number from landline and heard some arabic pre-recorded tape. A girl was talking very frankly, just like a bed-friend then she started some vioces like a tripple movie to attract the callers. Thus I knew that this call will be charged more than routine billing and the differnce will go to caller. It is just like a fun call which we see on our TV and when we dial that number, we are charged somehow 10 times more that routine billing.
This number has made 2 missed calls. I don't know it and I think he/she was trying to pull my leg recalling him and as a result be charged for the call.

I just got a call from that number as well...the area code belongs to Florida, USA. I've heard a lot about companies which call foreign countries and drop the call in order to get a call back and make money off them.
