Who called from 239203700

I've just had a missed call from the number in Sao Tome, obviously a scam of some sort..

RECEIVED MISS CAL TODAY.

i had received misscal last month also. and then then called back my call was received immediately and there was recorded voice coming in Arabic language. My my high balance gone from my mobile.

I also had the same problem as experienced by Mr Mohammad on 27 Nov 2009

from which country this number came from??when i gave back drop call my high balance finish..what a [***] this one!!
