This is the second call from this number I have received. They wanted me to "verify" the last 4 digits of my SSN and give them my address as they SAY that the debt collection letter MAY have gotten lost in the mail. Initially on the first call they told me it was for a Bank of America Credit Card. I do not own a Bank of America Credit Card. She said if I don't believe her to call the BAC Payment Resolution Liason at another toll free number. BAC has no such "Liason" as my son contacted BAC using his account. This company is "pfishing" for personal info to steal your identity. Hang up and send the caller ID number to the Lee County Sherriffs Office and the Florida States Attorney General.
