Whomever (or whatever) it is, it's a SCAM. Called number 4 times. Each time I got, "please hold for the next available agent" then a hang up after about 1 minute. That spells "spoofed" and hiding. Block the number.
Number calls and threatens to be serving papers to my office and/or home if I don't respond and leaves an alternate phone number to call. The number calls twice every morning around 9AM and most of the time leave no message.
