got a call from this number? no response on other side but as soon as i hang up they just call again!

I dont know this number , and no1 else overseas that might fone eccept my sister who i asked and said not her, who is in new zealand

This nos beeped my phone,when i called ack to find out in 3 seconds my about $1.50 cents was zapped with the person sounding like a child
