Managed to talk actually to a "supervisor". He said he worked for Marketing Solution Services, PO Box 324, Tampa, FL 34691. Could not find company with this name on the web in Tampa.
Got a call from this number. It is a recording about lowering the monthly payments for your student loans. I don't have student loans as I've been out of college > 30 years!!! I did press "1" but no one answered. I also called the number back, but it is a non working number. My conclusion is:
- it is a scam
- probably calling from overseas and have figured out how to mask the caller ID.
- Do not answer a call from this number.
This number keeps calling but when i answer it drops. I call back and it says Sorry the number you hav ereached is not in service. Scam caller. Ignore this phone number
I have my number on the Do Not Call list. Everytime i get one of these calls, to lower student loans, i have none, lower the interest on my credit cards, i pay no interest, i file a complaint on the Do Not Call website. Do these people every get fined or anything, or is the Do Not Call list a farse?
