I answered because they called my business cell phone and they were in my area code. They apologized for having the wrong number and hung up. The man had a very thick accent and it sounded like a call center. Don't answer!

I have lived in cape coral and there is no DMV.  that type of business is done thru the county tax collectors office..

Actually, there is a DMV at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Cleveland Avenue. It's between the theatre and dollar general. I pass it everyday.

Yeah, I am taking care of this douche.  I have set my computer to call this stupid number every 10 seconds.  Have fun making calls out when you have to answer incoming calls constantly.
